Bathroom ceiling height

Can anyone tell me if a bathroom needs to have a certain ceiling height to comply with building regs.

My mother in laws house had an extension built and the heights upstairs are below 2..4 meters in 2 of the bedrooms and the bathroom.

As a result the house is being advertised as the 2 rooms being storage rooms so not habitatable rooms so that solves some of the issue.

But in relation to the bathroom does the 2.4m height regulation apply?

    Thanks
    David

Habitable rooms have a suggested room height if 2.4m. That means the bedrooms.

The bathroom is not habitable so in theory could be lower but remember you also have minimum heights for Part M of 2.1m I believe.
