Prefab removal/demolition

Hi, does anyone have any advice on getting a small prefab removed? Acquired one when I bought a house. Think it was used for storage or as an office. Didn't ask vendors to remove it as I didn't want to slow the sale down. It's not in great shape so I wouldn't be selling it. I'd imagine it would have to be demolished and sent to the skip. Not sure if these things contain asbestos? If anyone has any experience or knowledge of this I would appreciate some advice and any idea of the costs involved. Thanks.
