Adjust window mushroom cams without notches

I’ve changed the seals on a pvc window but the seal is not as tight as before. The cams to adjust don’t seem to have any notches on them to indicate where to turn. Any ideas? I presume rotating the cam so that it’s more towards exterior but that’s tough from the inside of the window.

I could be wrong, but I think that the adjustment is done on the latch mounted on the frame rather than the window mushroom.

Did you try turning it with an allen key? It doesn't look very eccentric to me as 10-10-20 said it could be adjusted on the frame.

    WD40 Sometimes works.

I suspect that this adjustment may not be possible. I know this is not what you want to hear but I would opt for thicker seals.
