Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have recently been diagnosed with this after an Orthopaedic hand surgery, and am in a great deal of pain. Has anyone here had experience of this, and any coping suggestions for relief? I am on various medications already....

If you are already on medication but still looking for answer?
Adjust diet to help body heal.
Reduce inflammatory foods (refined grains, dairy, sugar, fructose, omega6 oils, refined carbohydrates)

Introduce high nutritious food e.g. lamb/cow liver, wild catch fatty fish (ether baked or boiled, no fried oils). Get some sun tan. : )
    And intermittent fasting.

Anyway dietitian doctor can set proper protocol for you.
    Wish you the best.
