In ceiling atmos speakers

Hi RS folks,

I'm thinking about getting some in ceiling atmos speakers as we're getting some work done in the living room and the walls & ceiling will be repainted.

Could you recommend some speakers that would blend well with Monitor Audio Radius speakers?

My current receiver (DENON 3500) can only handle 2 atmos speakers, but I'm tempted to install 4 to future proof.

I also need to extend the speaker cable I currently have as I'm moving the receiver.

Has your install service started back up again? Would be interested in getting the atmos speakers installed and having the installer extend the current speaker wire.

Thanks for the post and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

For our installs it depends on your location.
As we are based in Belfast we can only perform installs within a 10 mile radius of the store. For installs outside of this we have several installers  that we would recommend to carry out work for our customers.

For Atmos speakers it is usually upward firing speakers like the Monitor Audio AMS priced at £329

Or the Elac Debut A4 priced at £199

Or inceilling speakers like the Monitor Audio Pro 65 priced at £69

You might also get away with using small bookshelf speaker mounted high and pointing into the room.

In terms of extending cables. We would never recommend that cables be extended as this can cause so many issues in the long run.
It would be best to purchase the correct length and rewire the whole system if it is being moved.
