Secondary Glazing Suppliers

I need to get old windows in my house replaced.
They're over 14 years old and there's barely any difference in noise with the windows open or closed.

Unfortunately for me the earliest I can get these windows installed is in January 2020.
Every window supplier / fitter seems to have a huge backlog.

I need to get something temporary in place to help with outside noise and was looking at secondary glazing.

I've seen a few different DIY types that use insets or a combination of velcro and magnetic strips.

Could you recommend any Irish company that can supply (and preferably install) something like this?

    I'm based in Cork.
