How to lock a Nissan Micra with flat battery

I have a 04 Nissan Micra, declared off the road sitting in my drive way. It was last driven in September 2020 and the battery is completely flat.

At the moment it is unlocked. There are instructions on the internet on how to unlock a Micra with a flat battery but I can't see any instruction on how to lock it.

Currently I block the driveway with my own car but I am going away (in Ireland) for a week and would prefer if I could lock it.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Lock it manually. Don't you have the door key?

On the passenger side handle there should be a place for you to put your key into which if you look hard enough you will find. It can then be locked manually.

    This too shall pass.

There is a covered lock I think on the passenger side beside the door handle. You should be able to pop off the cover by putting the key in a slot in the bottom and then you should be able to lock the car from there.

I do have the key. There is a "secret" key hole in the front passenger door that enables you to unlock it if it has a flat battery. Locking this only locks that door. None of the other three doors has a keyhole, hence my problem.

I was thinking of something like this as my plan b, in case I can't lock it.

    Thanks

Manually lock the other doors from the inside, and then lock the passenger door from the outside.

I think they have the Renault style locks with no actual lock pin and only the central locking button

Connect up some jump leads and then lock it.

I have tried locking the rear doors from the switch inside the door inself but they can still be opened from the outside.

I think this hits the nail on the head.

I have never used jump leads before but I suppose I have to learn sometime.
