Anybody buying in new development Hawthorns in Tullamore?

I am currently living in Athlone. I am originally from India and working as a software engineer.
I am interested in buying a house in new development in Hawthorns Tullamore. Just wondering is anybody else buying there? any feedback about it?

Considering as well. For this new dev, I can see an elementary school, a Centra, and a gas station which are nice to have. NO idea about the neighborhoods etc.

At least 10% will be social housing. If you want to see what it is like when Council or Housing body buys in to what was previously a private estate then visit Church Hill.
If you can buy in Carraig Cluain or Ballin Rí or Cill Ban then do so.

20% social housing is now by law binding on all developers. So should no one buy new property?
