Volvo XC90 service price

As above, any know how much a regular xc90 main dealer service would be?

Cheers and generally I would give things a go but the reason I'm asking is that I'm thinking of buying an xc90 and was just getting an idea if what running costs may be if I went with main dealer service, etc.

I’ve a V90 and first service was 300 and it’s due second service which will be 500. I’d imagine device cost on the XC90 would be similar

They eat brake pads as far as I know, so factor that in too. I'd be thinking 200 ish for a small service and 500 ish for a major service at a dealer. Big heavy machine the early ones wore out every suspension bush on the front end. Be prepared to spend money on it

I can't see a small service for 200 anywhere I looked, it was a min 300.

Thanks very much, when you say early ones are you talking early new model 2015?

No older ones - 2008 era. Had a couple of customers with them and they pumped money into them.

Newer ones - 2016 generation are hard on brakes I know that

Rule of thumb here: if the car is expensive to buy when new, it'll be expensive to maintain even if its older and cheap to buy now.

Even when the newer model XC90 is 10 years old, it'll still cost a lot more to maintain than your average saloon or family car.
