Need help with Velux GPL M08 window

I have several Velux GPL M08 windows in my attic. One of them has been leaking.
Talked to a local carpenter who tried to find replacement flashing, he couldn't but I could, ordered and received the flashing (Velux EDW MK08). And, it's not right.
Nor will the vendor take it back, though tbf they warned us if it was opened we couldn't return it.

What we need, isn't "flashing" I don't think. My whole problem, is the terminology. What we need is the 'mirror' of this piece of, well, I guess window edging? There are two of them, the one I've photographed here which is from the right side of the window as you are facing out, and one on the left. The one on the left blew away in a bad storm and that's where the window's been leaking from. So my question is, what do you call this piece so I can order it exactly? And, can I obtain "all" the pieces like this for a window, including a new version of the one in the photo? I think there are others at the top and bottom of the window and I'd like to replace them all.

    Thanks!

Here is the image of the piece we have. We're missing the one that goes on the opposite side:

Did you get what you ordered? Left hand or right hand.
If yes order opposite hand, if no get supplier to replace.

Not yet; what is the name of that piece, so I can ask the supplier properly? "The thing on the side of the window" is pretty vague!
    Left-side inner cover?

Just get on to velux.ie and order a striking sash bead cover for the required window size
Google velux spare parts and it'll come up
