    Afternoon,

We have an old HKC securewatch system, the original installer is no longer in business and we're planning an Ajax system to replace it. However, On the control panel the power, fault and alarm lights are all lit up. There are no fault messages displayed. Any idea as to what the cause is?

    Sounds like its in alarm.
Have you tried to turn it off using your code?

Haven't tried our code in it yet, as worried about the thing going off or not accepting the code! Will give it a try at a reasonable time of day later on.

Well, turns out it was in alarm, thanks Altor. Has been like this for months! The faults are upstairs tampers. Anyway, I have replaced it with an AJAX system and all good now.

    Thanks for the update.

You may be better off down powering the system if not going to be used anymore, save it going crazy some night you least expect it :)
