I have been summoned for jury duty. Taking public transport means a 30 minute walk to the dart, 25 minute Dart to Connolly, then a 15/20 minute luas from Connolly. Probably an hour 30 travel each way. Ridiculous that you're not reimbursed! Regardless, is there handy any car parking near the courts as I would 100% prefer to drive? If there is, any idea on the cost?

    Thanks

Montpelier hill at side of courts. It is 1.70 an hour. Or park in the park at back of cricket ground for free.

The car park in Heuston Station is at the back of the station and is a long walk to the CCJ.
The National Museum is far better. It costs less and is a much shorter walk to the CCJ.
There is unmetered parking on Blackhorse Avenue if one can manage a 25 minute walk.

There are three carparks off chesterfield ave in Phoenix Park where you can park all day, they don't open till after 9am, ten mins to CCJ.

The carpark at back of cricket ground facing the zoo is closest and free. It remains open 24|7

They are all free and the cricket ground closes and reopens after 9am, unless you mean the polo club, which is behind the zoo car park.
Anyway, OP won't need to be there early, so 9am opening is fine
