    Effing Parcel Direct apparently have LOST a huge box sent from one county to another.

    Now it's a 12 week wait for a claim.

    Parcel Direct is just a booking service. What courier did you actually use?

    It doesn’t really matter which courier did it, the contract is with Parcel Direct and its up to them to chase it. I don’t see why there is a 12 week wait though.
