I am back running since Monday night just out for a 5k. I haven't ran in years and just gained age gut hahah.

Can anyone recommend a free running app on android store. Every app i seem to download wants money. I wanna make sure I stick at it before starting investing in it.

    Strava.

They want money, but the free version is more than enough for a beginner.

Free Strava and then sync the runs to smashrun (https://smashrun.com/). It works great!
