Samsung TV not receiving signal from satellite dish

Hi all, I’ll keep this short, my Samsung TV I purchased last year is unable to pick up a satellite signal, the feed is fine because it works in my satellite receiver. I am not to sure if the TV has developed a fault or am I doing something wrong? Both satellites Astra 19 and 28 strength is 0. Anyone any ideas? Thanks

Hi all,
