Hi looking to buy a iPhone 11, upgrade from 8. I am currently on 10euro a month virgin media deal so I will upgrade to sim only option.

    Apple store 709
    Curry 699
    Adverts (phone shops) 579

If I buy for 579 what am I losing out on here?

Peace of mind mostly :) Buying from established sources will guarantee a quality product. Im sure there are many genuine sellers on Adverts, I have sold Apple products there myself ;) but there are also many dodgy people selling questionable products. Buyer beware;)

If it’s still in unopened box and 12 month Apple warranty, it must ok yea?

Place called mobile phone locker sell iPhones very cheap, I’ve bought a few, all legitimate and come with 1 year warranty.

I think they only sell via Instagram though

I'd be very cautious buying a refurbed phone. I'm iPhone 12 pro Max great phone but for the money id rather it new then some dodgy shop on Parnell street. No comeback

Just to make it clear I’m looking for a brand new phone not refurb.
This are 579 on adverts via the mobile shops.

Bought a refurbished iphone 11 for €520 works perfectly and has a one year guarantee. Wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s been used before- battery is perfect and not a scratch on it, very happy with it.

So there is no real down side to laying the 579?
Is there a such thing as a fake iphone?
The 12 month warranty with Apple I presume is standard with all phones.
