Hi

I asked my ortho and he said he can but he would recommend this new style of retainer that seems to be very similar to the invisilign.
they scan your teeth and give you 3 copys

he said the fixed can have hygiene issues and can break also with out you noticing.

I would be afraid of not being great at wearing the non fixed ones or if they would be as affective over time.

anyone more knowledgeable on this? or have experience
