    Just screw the brackets up to each end of the red line in the picture. There's no need to drill into the window frame.

    Drill with masonry bits & wall plugs and hang it vertical.

    There are no solutions that will bear the weight of the blind long term that dont involve drilling

    Drill with an SDS of there's a lintel right above that. No crack with a standard drill.

    Fitting to the win frame will be an easier and better job imho

    Are the fixing brackets long enough to fit on frame and avoid blind snagging on the alarm sensor?
    Normally they are adjustable but these ones don’t appear to me to be adjustable.
    Drilling into the lintel is not so easy and needs a little bit of experience imho.
