Can anyone recommend a good architect and reasonably priced in the Dublin 15 areas or surrounding areas .

We are looking to get front garage converted and get a downstairs toilet towards the end of the year .

Wife contacted 4 reputable architects in the area and around and all of them came back that the project is too small for them to undertake .

Any PM here would be appreciated ..

    Sounds very straight forward.
Can you look at planning apps lodged in your area and see who done them and make contact?

    Where in D15 are you?

We had similar issues getting architects (small extension & knock loading wall so slightly different). Ended up getting an engineer to do drawings and sign off on the work. So that might be an option as well.
