My Toshiba Satellite laptop received some latest Win 10 downloads yesterday. Since then it is unable to boot 'on' and goes through a sequence of diagnosing PC to attempting repairs and then shutting down.

Every now and again during this process it attempts to run a Windows fix and then the following 'stopcode' is posted: 0xc000021a.

The odd time during this process it allows me to restart or attempt other options but then it won't recognise my password. I then get a long spiel regarding administrator log in etc

I have changed my password on Windows through my phone to try and rectify this matter but I still keep getting locked out even with the new password.

    Can anyone advise, thanks?
