If you're concerned that your vehicle is affected by the recall then give any Peugeot dealer a call and they'll let you know. As it's most likely a safety recall the distributor and/or dealer will make contact.

The recall code is KJJ as per the rapex link you posted and not JLL as in your post.

Has anyone with 2016 to 2020 model year Peugeot with a factory fit or main dealer fit towbar heard from either distributors or dealer about the recall (code JLL) to check the towbar for faulty welding?

    Recall details here:

They all should have as it's a general recall. No big deal. Call the dealer.

Thanks and apologies for the typo.

I'll try another Peugeot dealer as mine is proving uncommunicative.

My car was fitted with the same Westfalia towbar as is fitted in the factory but was supplied and fitted by the dealer when they supplied the car. For that reason I'm not sure that it'll show up as being an affected car at distributor level and the dealer is not showing any interest.

AFAIK, this only affects genuine accessory towbars and not factory fit. Probably a matter of checking the product label on the towbar for production data and replace any that are from the suspect batch.
