Hi. I was wondering which of the above is the best bet? I like the idea of the fully shrouded for ease of cleaning but was wondering then about access to pipes if needed? Been lucky enough to have not needed plumber for either of existing toilets in the house for past 10 years so wondering how likely the access might be?…

Also, in one brochure it has "fully shrouded" option but another has nothing about same but refers to " close coupled". Is this the same thing??
