    Curraghchase campsite is lovely.
There's also a campsite in Adare and one in Bunratty.

Thanks everyone for your advice. Is there any campsites with enough trees to put up a hammock and tarp? Would like to be able to do that but also have a tent to peg down just incase there isn't any. I'm assuming Curraghchase would be good for the hammock?

The cafe at the campsite is open. You could head out one nice day for a walk and have a look round the campsite to see if the site suits your needs.
