Looking to talk to someone that wants to partner up to run a cafe in south Dublin. Located on a very popular cycle route and many walking trails around also the most taken route that connects the city to this town.

What are you looking for from this partner? Money? Cooking skills? Love?

A think I have seen to keep an eye out for: be very careful with getting a full partner in a small place. There may not be enough margin in the business to support two owners. In the end there is a row about something or other, which really has at its heart that the business isn't big enough. One has to buy the other out (which is fine, but it is something you should plan for rather than having happen to you.)
