Who does Best Value incoming Irish Landline number ?
Just needed for incoming calls to an 01 dublin number, as I use voipcheap for outgoing.
I have a UK landline number with sipgate.co.uk and it is PAYG, no Monthly charge. Does any provider do anything similar in Eire?

    http://speechpath.ie €228 PA (€29 PCM)

www.freespeech.ie PAYG but calls in have to ring a Dublin number and then an extension number. €Free

    www.goldfish.ie/ €60 PA

    www.blueface.com €144 PA (€13 PCM)

    www.irishvoip.com €24.60

IS there anyone I am missing below?

Which one did you go for?

What has the service been like since?

I know its an old thread, but I ported all my 01 numbers from Virgin Media (was a mix of POTS and VoIP) to Telnyx. works out at $1 per phone number per month... I have 7 in total (a few 01 numbers, plus a US and UK number... the US and UK numbers also accept SMS messages).
