The dublinbus.uat portion of the domain name would suggest that its purpose is for user acceptance testing.

The entire website appears to be in the Google search index and it also uses the same Google Analytics account information. In the words of Jasper Beardly, "That's a paddlin!".

It's nothing out of the ordinary for that company.
