Samsung Cordless Vacuum Cleaner - no service agent

    Hi All

    Would anyone have a direct phone number or email address for Samsung Ireland and in particular the service manager, Dermot Siney. Samsung obviously only want consumers to go through their support phone number which has so far resulted in giving us incorrect service agent numbers, and telling us to go to the shop where bought the item (we bought it directly from Samsung)

    We are having an issue with a new cordless vacuum cleaner and have spent 4 hours over 4 phone calls and have not yet even got to a point of being able to contact a service agent. This is over a period of 20 days.

    Luckily we are still able to use the vacuum cleaner, but in a restricted manner.

    Any assistance with Samsung Ireland contact details would be greatly appreciated.
