Milking Parlour Mats

Doing a few jobs to improve the milking parlour and would like to install mats to make the pit more comfortable. Any recommendations? Easyfix mats are more expensive but are laminated compared to the other EVA mats so they won't discolour. Nearly double the price though. I don't want them thicker than 1 inch because I'm tall and the pit isn't too deep. Do the non-laminated mats discolour badly? Thanks.

No experience so no help to you but finding ones that would have grip when wet would be the main concern I'd think? Plenty cubicle mats can be slippy when wet

Get the proper parlor mats and not the cheaper ones. In 6 months they'll be a dirty green colour and a skating rink unless you keep them power washed. The laminated mats are around €60 a meter + vat. I'm pricing another make of mat and I'll get the name tomorrow.

Thanks lads. I got a price of €40 + VAT for the easyfix laminated mats. You can get the non laminated for €20 but I won't take that chance now if they become slippy after a few months. I'll let you know David if I can get a better deal for a laminated mat.

That would be great. Hoping to do a deal for mats myself in the coming weeks
