Cats. Cats are awesome. I find it incredibly depressing that so few people realise this.

The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God.

They were selectively bred to be less bitter in the 90s. Many of the people who hate them haven't eaten them since before then. There are also better ways to prepare them then boiling them until they nearly disintegrate.

I haven’t eaten one since I was forced to as a child, and even the smell of them makes me wretch a bit, but I’m told by my family that the ones I roast at Christmas time are amazing.

Because I'm usually hanging with the hunger by the time I get one.
I also like the way they come in little packages.
The Aer Lingus breakfast was the bomb esp when flying home.

Cats? I think it's widely acknowledged that a lot of people like cats.

Are you sure you didn't mean rats or bats?

Some tattoos on the small of the back (rudely referred to as tramp stamps) are really nice. And hot.

Tattoos in general are something that I really like.

Packet and Tripe, which is famous in my native Limerick. Packet is a type of blood sausage. It's lovely simmered in milk, onions, salt and pepper with a side serving of buttered soda bread.

I also love baked beans, mushrooms, onions mushy peas, especially with a spoonful of mint sauce.

I like liver but I haven't touched it in over six years. The last time I ate liver it caused a serious gout flare up. The base of my big toe swelled so much I thought it was going to explode.

I love the atmosphere of rivers early in the morning before anyone is up - birds flapping suddenly across their banks, that earthy damp smell, and the rise of early morning mist before the sun is up properly. Beautiful.

Getting up early. I'm up around 6am-ish on days off. When I work nights, I don't go to bed when I'm finished, I'll go for a walk.

Being behind the driver who is behind a cyclist because I hate the pressure of overtaking on winding roads. At least I can just potter along knowing someone else has to make the move.
