I reckon I already know the answer to this, but next Friday (28th) there is no moon rise time listed online.

Would I be right in taking it that there will be no moon visible that night?

The Moon rises at 23:24 on Thursday hence no Moon rise on Friday.

Yeah, but there’s a moon set at 6:50 or so on Friday morning. I don’t see a time for a moon rise on Friday, the next moon rise time I can see is 0:30 Saturday

The Moon rises on, average, an hour later each day.

Moon rise on Thursday is 23:30. The next Moon rise is 25 hours later which is on Saturday. at 00:30. The Moon rise after that is 01:30 on Sunday.

Friday is 'missed' simply because Thursday's Moon rise is close to midnight.

    Michael.
