Replacing a standard 95x50 double sink with a Belfast sink

I'm looking to replace a standard double sink (95cm x 50cm) (see attached photo) with a similar sized Belfast sink. Any recommendations for someone who would supply and fit this in Cork and do a quality job ? I'm in the Coachford / Macroom area. 1621765972152.jpg
