Catch up classes and extended timetables all set for UK so I presume it'll be prime candy for News slots in Ireland over the Silly Season.

If they would do what they should when they are in class thete wouldn't be any catching up to do imo.

Not that far off situation for some here already .830 on site for over half in my place I’d say .A school ( ‘normal ‘ community school)I know commences class at 835 and finishes at 350 .Non CID staff and newish DPs def do near those hours on site ( and probably more at home ) .The job is unrecognizable from 15-25 years ago .Poor unfortunate teachers here now as in UK longing for holidays to come so they can catch up on paperwork !Standards, if not plummeting ,certainly clearly lower for all bar learning support students ( excluding traveller kids who are being left behind again after improvements made in past )and English as a second language students .
Smartphones the ultimate oxymoron .Grandpa Simpson signing out .
