Python: Webdriver can't run a suite of tests. Second test always

    I have a suite of 2 Webdriver tests that always throws the following error on the second test.

    "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

    Note that both tests work fine on their own. I call close() and quit() during teardown of both tests. If i change the order of tests i still get the error on the second test.
