Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Enigma 2 on ipad

    Hi,

    I have a Tiviar Alpha box and would like to view recordings on an iPad. What is the best way to for this?

    Thanks. That works but I can't see sub folders. E.g. home and away is recorded daily and is in a folder together on the box. I can't see this folder in the app. Only things that are one of recordings.

    Any ideas?

    Try putting the box network address into your web browser 192.168.xxx.xxx to use the WEBIF interface. You can access your recordings or stream live TV from it.

    Thanks, the streams won't play on the iPad however. Is there a way to open the stream in another app like VLC?

    I'm not familiar with apple products but it should be possible. What you need is something that can open .m3u8 playlist files. VLC should do it but I don't know how you make the association work on ipad.

    I found an app a few years ago when I still used an enigma2 box. Just pick the channel from a list.

    I think it was VUplusTV, but there should be clients available if you search the appstore for enigma2.
