EDIT: I went through the very lengthy form again last night, and I now believe that I misread it. The issues I referred to in respect of Part 6 on the form (i.e. getting financial info from all persons living with the claimant) only kick in if a fuel allowance (means-tested) is being claimed. So, my earlier objections were based on my misinterpretation of the form. I was wrong! The form is OK, although it does need very careful reading..

Will they be claiming any payment for a dependent? e.g a spouse?
