Combi Box Recommendations

I know this one gets asked frequently, but with the rate at which tech changes/boxes become obsolete, I thought I'd add a new thread.

Basically I need to get a Combibox with Freesat and Saorview channels for an old person with 0 tech skills, so setup and maintenance needs to be basic. She had Sky previously, so there is a satellite dish installed.

Can anyone recommend a box and/or a provider that supplies them based in Ireland?

I'm not recommending a box, because I haven't researched the market recently. Hopefully others will give you advice on this.

However, irrespective of which box you choose, I can recommend this remote control from Doro, which is designed to be easy for people with limited technical skills to navigate any TV tuner box. If the user has very basic requirements - (change channel, change volume), this is a very good solution. You can keep the more complex remote in a drawer - for use by a helper when tuning and setting up the box.
