Does anybody know what the outcome of "Operation Quest" was in the end?

Did the Director of Public Prosecutions decide to actually persecute those who the Gardai had spoken with after they were suspected of purchasing sex a couple of years ago during "Operation Quest"?

My understanding is that 30 to 40 people that were talked to by Gardai a couple of years ago and had their details taken and those details were forwarded to the DPP. I'm not sure how it works but wouldn't the public of heard something by now in the media if those people actually were charged?

Speaking of the operation itself, according to the Irish Times a unit has been set up to investigate links to organised crime.

I believe that Operation Quest is either finished or has had a name change.
