    Hi all

I’m looking to put together a fairly cheap water level. But the prices for the kits are mad https://www.screwfix.com/p/water-level-kit-15m/3573v and I can’t seem to find cheap tubing.

Anyone know where I can buy 20m of cheap pvc tubing and maybe even a hose barb that fits it so I can make my level?

    Thanks.

No idea but if you have a garden hose and a short piece of PVC tubing you could join them

Just use garden hose. Hozelock do inline taps & then you just need a bit of clear pipe on each end.

I have to say that the screwfix cost looks reasonable to me.

Actually I had wondered that considering the prices I’ve seen everywhere else. Thanks for that.

Also - if using the garden hose would it not be difficult to see if there’s any bubbles to that could affect measurement?
