    Hi,

Having a problem with my HKC Quantum 70 so figured I'd ask ye wise folk before I call out the fella who installed it.

Basically its giving off a single beep every 40 seconds. The panel doesn't report any faults and none of the LED's are lighting up apart from the green one next to the mains plug symbol. Its arming and disarming as usual.

Alarm was installed about 5-6 years ago. Battery failing maybe much like a smoke alarm beeps if the battery is on the way out ?

If so are the batterys easy to source and replace DIY ? Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks.

Press the ' Play/ Quit ' Button to the right of the 3 button.

It sounds like there is an audible voice message function after being activated.
