Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

my trusty 2005 corolla smells of petrol in the vicinity of the filler cap.

Mechanic put it up on the lift and it appears to have a leak in the fuel pipe going from the filler cap down to the tank. we came to this conclusion as there is no leak in the vicinity of the tank, and when we removed the back seat there is no leak around the petrol pump entry pipe, everything nice and dry.

Never see petrol on the ground even when necking the tank, have done it a few times to investigate, and cant see any drips either.

To conclude, Im going to leave it alone until it gets a bit worse and maybe will get to see a drip before replacing.

I have a NCT the end of June.... will it pass with a petrol smell
