Hi Folks

This may have been asked here before so sorry if thats the case. I own a fully granted design patent covering the entire EU on a product i plan to release at some stage in the future.
Does anyone happen to know what the story is currently in the UK regarding EU patents. As it was granted pre Brexit am i covered or is it currently a free for all for any company to copy my product and sell within the UK. Has any law been laid down on this yet in relation to post Brexit IP owned by individuals outside the UK.

It sounds like there'll be no change as some of the IP stuff is European as opposed to EU agreement based.
