    Hi,

I am looking for a recommendation for a glue to hang a light mirror on a concrete wall? or is this possible without the mirror falling down

    thanks in advance.

Is it bare concrete, painted, plastered, all of the above ?

Use fairly thick blobs of Tec7; reason is expansion and contraction are different, and will allow the required movement.

    How heavy is light?

Do you plan on taking the mirror down any time soon?
If not, you might do well to score the wall to give the tech 7 a "key" - I've done it without and it was grand - but the idea is that the bond holding it up is only as good as the bond between the paint and the plaster and the plaster and the plasterboard etc...

Also, whatever you use, make sure it won't strip the silver off the back of the mirror. Tec 7 claims it wont. There are other specific mirror adheisives out there too.
Other wise after a while you will be able to see the blobs/lines of the adheisive through the mirror.

I used Gorrila glue to stick a fairly big mirror to the back of a wardrobe door.

Its still up, so thats good I suppose

It came in one of the silicone type tubes, the one with a pointy tip. Used it to secure the vent pipe out on the roof as well and that's held up to the weather. It's great stuff in fairness
