    My solicitor has applied for a court hearing in the family law court would anybody please have an idea of current waiting times or if cases are even still currently being heard.

    I think it depends where you live. I'm sure if you rang the court office where you are from/hearing is to be they will have a good idea of how long the waiting list is. Your solicitors should also have a good idea/private ring your solicitor/legal aid ...ring your legal aid office.
