My sister bought a campervan privately last week.

She got a 1998 fiat Ducato that she thought she was getting a good deal on.
Turns out that there is a leak in back skylight and water has come in the back roof.
Also a leak on tap and seems to be a leak coming out underbody of camper.

She paid 10000 and now cannot find anyone to do the repairs for her as everyone is so busy.
What options does she have. Cvrt is up in August.

Silicone as a temp measure until more permanent fixes can be done. Youtube.

If it's coming in around the roof light is the existing sealant missing or perished
This might fix it but you'd need to renew it every few years

The leaking tap should be just a hose or a clip? Where is she?

So sorry for your sister, there are lots of unscrupulous people out there selling motorhomes with issues.
The issues you listed won't affect the CVRT as that only examines the mechanicals and cab part of the vehicle, body leaks, and other stuff related to the living area are not listed for checking.

Skylights leak...welcome to life. Take it out completely, reseal it. Put it back in. When UV and vibration breaks down the sealant in a decade repeat the process.

Taps leaking where? Underneath, constant drip, at the base of the tap etc.. could be something as simple as an o ring needing replacement

I feel sorry for her also but if you're going to blow ten grand on a camper van the least you could do is get someone that knew what they were looking at, she was probably in a rush to buy it for the summer and didn't pay due diligence, its not the fault of the seller imo, everyone's responsible for their own mistakes

These water leaks nothing to do with CVRT test.
Ring Cosy campers they have list of reliable camper van technicians in your area.
