Where to buy a puppy now

Where do people go to buy a dog now that done deal or adverts do not advertise them anymore. I have a beautiful dog but considering a small one as well as I imagine it would be nice company for the dog I already have,thanks Mod please move to correct section as I could not find it ,thanks forestgirl
