    Am I right in saying a 250mm 260mm cill is the right one for a 350mm cavity wall (150 cavity)..
    That means the window will sit on the insUlation about 70mm into the insulation ?.. a 200mm wide cill would be a bit on the narrow side.. what’s the norm pls?.. just rendered on outside ...

    Suggest you Draw the detail section. With out one you won’t know how your insulation continuity and air-tightness will work.

    Personally I’m a big fan of the insulated type. Less thermal bridging issues.
