Sky fibre 3rd party router

    Hi,

    I have had Sky fibre running successfully on an ASUS RT-AC88U (running Asuswrt-Merlin) for a couple of years but last Friday I woke to no internet connection, I connected up the Sky hub to test and there was no issue with the internet connection.

    My ASUS connection config was PPPoE, username: xxxxxx @ skydsl (without spaces), password xxxxxxxx, VID = 10.

    I have reset the ASUS router, tried uploading a known to be good config file and manually entering the details but I am unable to obtain an internet connection..
    Sky have stated that nothing has changed.

    Has anyone experienced similar or can anyone confirm if the connection details have changed and if so can you advise on what to use please?

    Are you inputting the serial in place of those x's or just x's?

    Have tried MAC address and serial number of Sky hub.
