magnetic drive pump issues

I have a magnetic drive pump that doesn't actually pump water. Was working up until a while ago, I took it apart and cleaned it, so the bladed things spins now, but I can't get it to actually pump water. Not sure if it's spinning fast enough. Model is MP-10RN.
