I bought some entitlements and entered my codes for the transfer on the department website on 7/4/2021 but they are still not transferred. Should it take this long? just getting nervous with the submission date fast approaching.

It should be up on the website that you transferred on. We transferred last friday to rent to another farmer, we got a text acknowledging it and its up on the website as being activated already. we usually get a text around july then to check online when it's completed.
Already it's up online as been ''activated'....whtever that means

got a text to say that the transfer request was made and that was it. When i log in there is only my only my old entitlement status and it hasnt been updated for the new ones. I see a phone number to call on the DOA website which i will try this morning

You should keep copies of everything you do with the department. You've got an acknowledgement text so it's the departments responsibility now.
One thing I learnt with dealing with farmer problems is keep copies of everything you do, farmers come to IFA with problems and they'd have nothing as regards records, it can be very frustrated....... you'd be told then ''IFA did nothing''

As I said it's usually at least july before we hear it's gone through

as it happens i got a call from the local agricultural advisor about something else just now which was good and asked him about it (would have gotten him to do it but he is impossible to get). he said it could be a few months before the transfer is looked at but if i have made the application for a transfer its the same as applying for the entitlements now even though they wont show up in my application now. Thanks for everyone's replies.
