hey lads, putting in a 2.9 x 2.5m deep composite decking. Looking at timber frame and block foundation. Would you double skin the treated timber on the perimeter and how many standard concrete blocks should I get, was thinking maybe four rows of four, solid concrete blocks...

how many linear meters of treated 5 or 6 x2 will I need? thanks!

Have you selected the type of composite decking ?
Supplier should be able to advise on centres of support joists.
When you say double skin do you mean 2 joists side by side fixed together ?
Is your plan to construct rising block work walls to support the joists ?
If so I guess your preferred finished floor level will dictate along with existing ground levels ?
Have you any images or photos of what you are trying to achieve.

Lot of waste with these dimensions
timbers are 4.8 so 2.5 and 2.9 very wasteful so best look at two bays, 2.9 by 1.25, so around 50 linear meters minimum
